With its new venue Viktor, Genossenschaft Baseltor is again helping to turn the old town into an attractive and lively place. Its investment in the historic building at Gurzelngasse 1 also adds to the development of Marktplatz square. Viktor is a café bar and offers from coffee and croissants in the morning to fresh snacks such as the hearty Viktor slice, the juicy quiche from shortly before noon and colorful Apéro-Plättli to the after-work meeting all day the right dish. Its extensive drinks range pairs perfectly with the food menu, featuring many locally produced drinks alongside Viktor’s homemade spritzers.
